Description
De Brink is located in the middle of the forests of the Kempense Heuvelrug, near the centre of Herentals and easily accessible by public transport.
De Brink is there for both youth groups looking for the ideal camp site or bivouac house and schools (forest and open-air classes). From a half-day activity to a ten-day camp, the Brink offers many options.
One with nature
Wake up amidst genuine bird calls and fresh sunshine. Enjoying the view of the Kempen Heiberg in the morning light from your sleeping bag. In our Shelter, you really camp in the middle of nature.
High and dry
Cozy under the roof of this beautiful wooden construction, you get two spacious sleeping floors on top of the living space, good for about thirty people in total.
Back to basics
Luxury is not the intention when camping at the Shelter. Here you enjoy the simple things.
Bring your own sleeping bag, mat and torch. Light the wood fire to cook your own meal or for a cosy evening around the fireplace.
Barrier-free
You don't have to climb any stairs to stay at the Shelter. There are 8 accessible beds in the living area. The sanitary facilities less than 100 metres away are accessible via the laid-out wheelchair path.

We hebben hier jarenlang kampen georganiseerd en elk kamp was op zich een leuke tijd !
- zeer toffe en uitdagende omgeving
- goede en voldoende slaapplaatsen en sanitair
- vriendelijk personeel
- erg kort bij andere groepen
- erg duur voor iets kleinere groepen
