The building is rented exclusively to recognised youth associations, youth sports clubs, schools and social organisations that work with young people. It is therefore not suitable for family or friend groups. All consumption costs (waste, energy) are included in the rent.

Top locatie in hartje Gent
Wij waren hier op leidingsweekend en het was echt top! Huisje is voorzien van alle gemakken en ligt op wandelafstand van het centrum. Enige minpuntje was dat de contact gegevens op het contract niet klopte.

3 dagen gebleven, alles was aanwezig en geen enkel probleem gehad

De zebra
Prima locatie pal in het centrum van een mooie bruisende stad. De ontvangst en de afrekening was uitstekend. Toffe dame, doet dat heel goed!

- Brandalarm (vals) ging meermaals af door knagende muizen. Maar werd snel opgelost!
