Welcome to "Den Otter" – the ultimate hotspot for youth organizations all year round! Our venue accommodates up to 49 people and is within walking distance of Gent Sint-Pieters station. What can you expect? We have not one, not two, but three spacious rooms in our venue: the Kapoenen/Wouter room, the Jojo room, and the Giver room. Plenty of space for all your activities!

When it comes to the kitchen, we've got you covered! Two large gas stoves and two smaller ones are ready for your culinary adventures. There’s also an oven and a huge sink at your disposal.

Ample sanitary facilities: separate areas for men and women, a special toilet for people with disabilities, and a refreshing shower.

A small note: We do not rent to student clubs, political organizations, festival-style events, or 100-day celebrations. This also applies to JIN and leadership groups. And about waste pits and HUDOs? These are not allowed here.​
